The board of TR Property Investment Trust is hoping to appoint its new manager in the next two months. The company, which has net assets of £391m, put Henderson Global Investors, which also has a 9.1% stake in the trust, on notice earlier this year following the resignation of the trust's manager Chris Turner and his deputy Marcus Phayre-Mudge.
