Britannia International is offering a structured product featuring full capital protection plus 140% of the growth in the FTSE 100 over a five-and-a-half-year term. If the index has gone up by 31% or more after three-and-a-half years, the product matures early, paying out 131% at that point. The Optimum Growth Bond Issue 3, which is structured as an offshore deposit account, opens on 3 March and closes on 18 April, with an initial strike date of 1 June. The final index value is calculated as the average of daily readings over the final 12 months and the product matures on 7 December 2009....
