Demand for water inspires group to launch long/short fund
Terra Asset Management is aiming to capitalise on the world's increasing demand for water, with the launch of a long/short fund investing in the sector. Aqua Terra Water Partners will target returns of 15% each year. The portfolio will invest in global water and water infrastructure assets, with five short positions and another 25 to 30 long names. It aims to be selective and opportunistic on the short side.
