The Royal London Income Trust is perhaps not the first name that catches the eye when selecting a corporate bond fund but its performance merits closer scrutiny. The £106m portfolio, which has recently passed its fifth anniversary, is the sixth best performer over that time period, its returns outstripping many more celebrated names in the sector.
