The menu system is adding pressure for IFAs to cut costs and this is counter-productive
With more detail being released on the proposed menu system for adviser remuneration the debate about commission versus fees is unfortunately starting to rear its head again. Sadly many of the points raised are either misguided or a blatant attempt to raise a smoke screen to protect vested interests. The debate is not and never has been about fees versus commission.
