Clerical Medical is to offer group pensions again and is setting up a dedicated team to deal with new business. The company is offering commission to intermediaries on stakeholder business, negotiated on an individual basis, and believes its transition to a new administration system will move it ahead of the competition. Head of group pensions at Clerical Medical Jenny Jackson said: "We have improved our service standards significantly and are meeting those standards on all new business. We are introducing streaming systems and cost-saving measures including electronic payroll systems."...
