Asian markets are yet to experience fallout from North Korea’s controversial nuclear weapon testing, but investors are wary of short-term risk. Ben Akrigg, director of Asian Equities at F&C Asset Management, said the initial market reaction to North Korea's claim of a nuclear weapons test was swift with stock markets across Asia falling.
