Insight has bucked a growing market trend by seeking to convert one of its fund of funds from a Ucits III structure to non-Ucits retail scheme (Nurs) but most groups claim to find the flexibilities afforded by the latter more appealing. Of the six funds of funds teams contacted by Investment Week just two said their portfolios were structured as Ucits III vehicles with the remainder opting to use Nurs structures.
