Strong domestic growth is continuing to lead Far Eastern markets, says Vanessa Donegan, Asian director at Threadneedle, though uncertainty over global growth is impacting Asia as investors withdraw liquidity to lessen risk. Foreign investors are pulling back from the region over concerns of a predicted US slowdown but Donegan believes the US slowdown has peaked.
