Increasing geopolitical risks and complex financial markets are two threats facing the financial services industry, according to the FSA. Following the publication of the FSA's Financial Risk Outlook 2007 (FRO), the association is calling on firms to improve the stress testing of their businesses. The financial risk report highlights the greater impact a shock could have should it happen in the next 18 months.
