Hedge fund holdings have led to a strong 12-month performance for the Old Mutual Global Dynamic fund, according to manager Tracey Lander. The £80.5m fund launched in 2004 and is actively allocated between equities, bonds, hedge funds, property and cash. According to Standard and Poor’s bid to bid figures over 12 months to 1 December, the fund returned 10.32% against the Asset Allocation Global Flexible sector average of 8.88% for the same period.
