TwentyFour AM makes double hire ahead of US expansion plans

Hires in ABS and unconstrained teams

TwentyFour Asset Management has expanded its asset-backed securities and unconstrained teams with two hires and has set its sights on the US as it plans to open a new office in the country.

The firm has hired Robert Arnold from Société Générale as a US high yield specialist on the unconstrained team, while  John Lawler, previously at Nomura, is set to join the ABS portfolio manager team later in the summer. In his previous role, Arnold was based in New York and worked as a director of leveraged credit and distressed debt at Société Générale. He will join the firm in August and will initially work in its UK office for three months before moving over to a new office to be opened in the US with another existing member of the unconstrained team.
