With the general election behind us and the economic recovery continuing, the outlook for UK equities is one of reasonable growth.

Inevitably, the UK stock market was affected by the drama playing out around the Greek debt crisis and the trading problems on Wall Street. However following a decade when the market fell by 20%, the prospects for UK equities are now looking more encouraging and the indicators are of a continuing upward trend.
