Emerging markets growth will continue to leave the developed world in its wake, says Mark Mobius as he celebrates 20 years at the helm of Templeton Emerging Markets Investment Trust (Temit). The manager is confident progress in the region will continue unabated after two decades of running the trust. Accounting for around 80% of the world's population, emerging markets have recorded a combined annual growth rate of 5.8% over the past 20 years, more than double the 2.5% growth seen in established economies.
