Invesco Perpetual manager holds first and second positions in Equity Income sector over three years, after adopting defensive stance on back of recession fears
With two funds at the top of the UK Equity Income sector, it is unsurprising investors trust Invesco Perpetual's Neil Woodford with around £17bn of their assets. The £8.5bn High Income and £6bn Income funds sit in the first and second slots of the sector respectively over three years, with the former fund returning 49.98% over three years to 25 February.
