JO Hambro's Waverton UK fund has been increasing its exposure to miners, UK banks and considering writing call options again, according to manager Russell Wallis. The fund invests solely in FTSE 100 stocks and aims to outperform the index by up to 5% on a yearly basis. Since its launch on 1 April 2007, the Dublin-domiciled Ucits III Oeic has shown performance of -30.2% to 30 April, compared to the FTSE's -32.7%, according to Lipper data.
