Julian Fosh assumed responsibility of Liontrust First Opportunities fund in June 2008. Fosh, who joined from Saracen Fund Managers where he ran its Growth fund, co-manages the £10m vehicle with Anthony Cross. The best ideas focused portfolio, which has a bias towards small-cap stocks, aims to achieve long-term capital growth in excess of the FTSE All-Share Index on a rolling three-year basis.
