Current deputy manager gearing up to inherit OM's UK Select Mid Cap fund in 2009
Heir to the Old Mutual UK Select Mid Cap throne Richard Watts is gearing up to take over from Ashton Bradbury in January. The manager, currently deputy on the fund, is taking over when Bradbury ascends to the rank of head of equities at the start of next year. Watts is keen to get stuck in as fund spokesman and has stated his intentions and appraised the current state of play in the market.
