In running Alliance Trust's first UK Oeics, Hong Kong-based Anthony Muh's mantra is simple: seek growth at fair value

Alliance Trust hit the headlines this month with its first foray into the world of open-ended asset management. Alliance hailed the launches as a new start for the group, which already runs the largest generalist investment trust listed on the London Stock Exchange. The £2.7bn investment trust company launched two UK Oeic funds, Premier Alliance Trust Asia-Pacific Equity and Japan Equity, handing management to the group's Hong Kong-based investment arm, AT Asset Management.
