Rensburg's Stuart Sharp meets the management of over 350 companies a year to find the best stocks for his small-cap portfolios. The manager is responsible for the group's UK Smaller Companies and UK Micro-Cap Growth Funds plus a quarter of the stocks on the UK Managers' Focus vehicle. A lawyer by trade, he joined Rensburg in 1991 and took over the smaller companies vehicle in 1995 from Paul Spencer.
