Sector reveals rise of property funds with the majority of launches over past three years focusing on asset class
Performance in the Specialist sector has been dominated by Latin American offerings over the past three years, while healthcare and medical-related funds sit at the bottom of the peer group over the period. Of 32 offerings launched in the past three years, 20 came out in the past 12 months with property funds accounting for the majority.
