Premier's specialist investment business has been buoyed by last March's recruitment of Mike Jennings and launch of the DSR-controlled portfolio

Mike Jennings joined Premier from Morley last March, bringing his Global Dynamic Strategic Risk-Controlled (DSR) portfolio to market in May. His recruitment was part of the group's efforts to build its specialist investment business, with other hires including Alex Ross from Aberdeen to run a property share portfolio. Global DSR is an absolute return global equity offering but does not employ gearing or short positions to generate alpha.
