For the first time in over two years, Credit Suisse UK Mid 250 fund manager Justin Jordan is confident he can deliver returns to investors in 2009. Just six months ago, Jordan had built up a significant defensive portfolio, as the severe market downturn drove the FTSE 250 index down below 5,500 in November - levels last seen in 2003 and more than 55% lower than the May 2007 highs.
