Artemis' Strategic Bond fund is a go-anywhere portfolio that has generated strong returns since launch 18 months ago. Managers James Foster and Alex Ralph use an active management style to move up and down the yield curve when they see fit. The £80m portfolio achieved bid to bid growth of 7.3% in the year to 20 November while the average fund in the UK Other Bond sector grew by 5.6%.
