Mike Webb, CEO of Rathbone Unit Trust Management, speaks to Investment Week editor-in-chief Katrina Lloyd about the opportunities and challenges for the investment sector as we start to come out of lockdown.

In particular, he thinks that as companies examine how they can redesign their business operating models to make them more efficient, greater flexible working can also provide opportunities for a much more diverse workforce than in the past.  Webb highlights there will be a need for much better communications of a different nature - especially those that are more outcome-orientated - as one of the biggest difficulties will be how to manage people's expectations for the recovery.
