The start of 2022 is seeing ‘normality' restored to everyday life. Governments around the world are beginning to remove restrictions that have been in place since March 2020. This freedom is allowing people to leave their homes, go and see friends and family, and there is even the possibility that holidaymakers will be able to get to the beach this summer. The corollary of all of this is that we are likely spending less time watching Netflix, less time cycling on Peloton bikes and less time on mobile phones browsing Facebook and Instagram.
