Governments have been upping the ante on the 'green agenda' in recent weeks. From US President Joe Biden's pledge to cut carbon emissions by 50% by 2030 to Prime Minister Boris Johnson's announcement that the UK will aim to cut emissions by 78% on 1990 levels by 2035, a tough stance is very much in vogue.
