Investment Week is pleased to announce its new Best Investment Companies To Work For 2027 programme is now open for registrations.

Best Investment Companies To Work For is a survey and awards programme honouring employers in the investment sector that are making their workplaces great. This is a project of Investment Week in partnership with Workforce Research Group. 

The programme is built to identify those employers who are doing things right and creating firms that make employees proud to be a part of them. We are looking to give recognition where it is due and provide companies with valuable feedback from their teams.

As part of the programme, a two-part survey is conducted to get a thorough assessment of each employer. Part 1 is an Employer Assessment, which captures details about policies and practices. Part 2 consists of an online Employee Feedback Survey to capture employees' opinions about their workplace experiences. Both the employer and employee data sets are then combined to determine the best workplaces. 

Why take part?

• It is free to enter, whatever your size (from 15 UK employees upwards)
• Receive valuable feedback from employees from an independent source
• It is a strong signal to current staff and future hires that you take workplace culture seriously
• The list will be published by Investment Week in June 2027 and shared across our website and social media platforms

To be eligible, companies must:

• Have a minimum of 15 employees working in the United Kingdom (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland). Firms with 15–24 employees need at least an 80% survey response rate
• Have operations in the United Kingdom (global companies may enter for the UK part of the business only)
• Be a publicly or privately held organisation
• Have been in business for at least one year at the registration deadline
• Work in the UK investment sector (including asset managers, wealth managers, discretionary fund managers, alternative investment managers and investment research groups)
