Cathie Wood's ARK Invest debuts first European ETFs

First funds since Rize ETF takeover

Cathie Wood’s ARK Invest Europe has launched its first European UCITS ETFs, following the firm’s acquisition of Rize ETF in September 2023.

The company has unveiled three inaugural funds, starting with the firm's $14bn flagship strategy ARK Innovation UCITS ETF (ARKK), alongside ARK Genomic Revolution UCITS ETF (ARKG) and ARK Artificial Intelligence & Robotics UCITS ETF (ARKI). ARKK said it seeks to invest in companies involved in a "disruptive innovation", defined by the firm as the "introduction of a technologically enabled new product or service that potentially changes the way the world works".
