7IM acquires £430m AUMA Eastcote Wealth Management

Eastcote WM to maintain brand

7IM has completed its acquisition of Solihull-based financial planning and advice firm Eastcote Wealth Management, expanding its footprint across the Midlands and maintaining its “strategic” M&A plans.

Eastcote, which serves £430m of assets for c.735 clients, will "for the time being" continue to maintain its brand and independent investment proposition, which will allow its advisers to focus on client servicing and outcomes.  Senior portfolio manager Peter Sleep leaves 7IM The management team will also be retained, led by managing director John Ruddick, director David Fleet and financial planners and directors Jonathan Hearn and Robert Kenyon.
