Swiss Life launches European thematic income and growth fund

Focus on offices, industrial and retail properties

Swiss Life Asset Managers have unveiled a new pan-European open-ended real estate fund with a Luxembourg SICAV structure.

The fund has initial target allocations of 60% to the German and French markets, 10% to the UK and the remainder across other European economies. Initial sector allocation will target approximately 40% to offices, 25% to industrial, 20% to retail and 25% to residential and other maturing segments. Man Group hires GAM's Rickert to lead European real estate debt team Investment advisory will be led by the London team of Swiss Asset Managers at Mayfair Capital, reporting to senior fund manager, Maureen Mahr von Staszewski.
