Swiss Life launches European thematic income and growth fund

Focus on offices, industrial and retail properties

Swiss Life Asset Managers have unveiled a new pan-European open-ended real estate fund with a Luxembourg SICAV structure.

The fund has initial target allocations of 60% to the German and French markets, 10% to the UK and the remainder across other European economies. Initial sector allocation will target approximately 40% to offices, 25% to industrial, 20% to retail and 25% to residential and other maturing segments.
