Update: Jupiter European Opportunities to switch manager in November

The management of the Jupiter European Opportunities trust will move over to Alexander Darwall's new investment management business, Devon Equity Management, on 15 November, the board has confirmed.

The board said on Tuesday (15 October) it had entered into a portfolio management agreement with both Devon and FundRock Management Company, alongside a separate alternative investment fund management agreement with FundRock. The decision follows a period of due diligence, taken with the support of specialist professional advisers, on both Devon and FundRock. It added that Devon had now received formal comfirmation that the Financial Conduct Authority will grant regulatory approval once key employees have been registered as approved persons.
