So we found out a couple of weeks ago that the Norwich Union name is going to disappear after more than 200 years. Are you bovvered? It seems slightly ironic to me that in an Olympic year, one of the few British companies to have done anything substantial in recent years for British sport will ultimately lose its identity. Its support for British athletics has been superb, and while I'm no branding expert, I'd have thought all the associations this brings for NU must have been immense.
