Woodford says 'no' to waiving fee on suspended Equity Income fund

Woodford Investment Management has refused to waive the fee on its suspended flagship fund.

Hargreaves Lansdown has been in talks with Woodford IM regarding the suspended Equity Income fund, for which the platform waived the fees on 5 June following its gating. Woodford IM could face legal challenges with Equity Income investments set to 'plummet' A spokesperson from Hargreaves Lansdown said: "We spoke to Neil Woodford and his team and urged them strongly to join us in waiving the fee.
