Former Janus Henderson co-CEO Formica joins Artorius board

Left firm after Weil named sole CEO

Janus Henderson's former co-CEO Andrew Formica is set to join the board of Manchester-based family office Artorius after backing its development three years ago.

Formica and former Credit Suisse UK CEO James Leigh-Pemberton supported the development of the multi-family office Artorius when it was founded in 2015. Formica will join Artorius as an adviser, contributing to attract UHNWI clients to the firm's operations in London, Manchester and Zurich. Formica is one of four senior business leaders appointed to the firm's advisory council following a third round of £17.5m equity and bond fundraising by shareholders.
