Hearthstone renames residential property fund

Bucher became CEO in March

Hearthstone Investments, the company run by former head of UK at Architas Cedric Bucher, has rebranded its UK Residential Property fund, as the firm said advisers are increasingly looking at residential property as an "investable asset class".

The TM UK Residential Property fund will become the TM home investor fund as part of a broader growth strategy incorporating "increased PR and marketing activity, events and regional roadshows with IFAs and intermediaries", in addition to a recruitment drive, the firm said.
