JPMAM poaches ETF capital markets specialist from Vanguard

J.P. Morgan Asset Management (JPMAM) has hired Vanguard's Andrew Moore as an ETF capital markets specialist amid a recruitment drive for its international ETF business.

Based in London, Moore will be responsible for maintaining relationships with authorized participants, market makers and the wider ETF space. He joins from Vanguard Asset Management where he held a number of roles over five years including as ETF capital markets analyst, operations specialist and fund accountant. Prior to Vanguard, he started his career at Principal Investment Management before joining BNY Mellon.
