Gender pay gap reports: SJP reveals 47.2% gender pay gap

St James' Place (SJP) has published its gender pay gap report revealing a disparity in pay of 47.2%, the highest reported in the industry so far and considerably higher than the average of 34%.

The report, released on 29 March, also showed a mean gender bonus gap of 80%, but SJP said "there is no pay gap" where men and women are performing similar roles. Notably, the firm's median bonus gap was far lower at 42.6%, partly reflecting the fact 86.2% of women they employ receive a bonus, compared to 81.3% of men. Its median hourly pay gap stands at 46.4%.
