BNY Mellon IM unveils EMD total return fund

BNY Mellon Investment Management has launched the unconstrained Emerging Market Debt Total Return fund, to be run by subsidiary Insight Investment.

Available to investors across the UK, Europe and APAC, the fund will be managed by Colm McDonagh, head of emerging market fixed income at Insight, supported by the firm's EM specialists and wider fixed income team. The fund will have an unconstrained approach, investing across the emerging market debt universe in sovereign bonds, corporate bonds and local currency debt.  The firm noted EMD accounts for around 25% of the global fixed income market, with investment opportunities across 70 countries. The fund will have an ongoing charges figure (OCF) of 0.55% on the 'W' share class. ...
