Invesco PowerShares launches fixed income ETF trio

Invesco PowerShares has added three ETFs to its fixed income suite, in response to demand from European investors.

The PowerShares USD Corporate Bond UCITS ETF and the PowerShares Euro Corporate Bond UCITS ETF will have annual fees of 0.16%, while the PowerShares Emerging Markets USD Bond UCITS ETF will charge 0.35% per annum. Tracking the Bloomberg Barclays USD Investment Grade Corporate Liquidity-Screened Bond index, the US dollar-denominated corporate bond ETF has a 60% weighting to the industrials sector and a yield to maturity of 3.11%, with the rating of underlying assets averaging A-.
