RBC names head of international wealth management

Replacing Stuart Rutledge in role

RBC Wealth Management has appointed Ashif Ratanshi, formerly senior vice president, personal deposits & investments and personal & commercial banking at the parent company, Royal Bank of Canada, to head of wealth management, international.

Effective from 1 May, Ratanshi will replace Stuart Rutledge, who will be taking on a new leadership role with RBC in Canada. In his new role, Ratanshi will lead RBC's wealth management businesses in the UK, Channel Islands and Asia, and will report to group head of wealth management and insurance Doug Guzman.
