Kames hires Aviva Investors manager for Property Income fund

Will be co-manager alongside David Wise

Kames Capital has appointed former Aviva Investors fund manager Richard Peacock as co-manager on its £455m Kames Property Income fund.

In his new role, Peacock will work alongside existing co-manager and property investment director David Wise (pictured), to whom he will also report. Peacock will also be responsible for the team behind the Property Income fund, which includes assistant fund managers Gregory Beeson, Karen Fox and Ric Tsang. He has worked at Aviva Investors since 2005, most recently as a fund manager responsible for Aviva Investors Pensions, a £1.2bn open-ended property fund for UK pension schemes.
