Canada Life Investments' distribution head departs after six years

Frank Maret, head of distribution at Canada Life Investments, is leaving the firm at the end of 2016 after six years in the role.

Maret (pictured) joined Canada Life Investments in 2010, leading the distribution of its products in the UK as the firm built up its presence in the retail market. Previously, he worked at Insight Investment as head of marketing, Europe, as well as at J.P. Morgan Asset Management as senior marketing manager, pan-European. During Maret's time at Canada Life, the firm has built up multi-asset and total return solutions in the UK market, with around £33bn in total assets under management at the start of this year.
