WisdomTree launches trio of leveraged ETPs on London Stock Exchange

WisdomTree Europe has listed three new ETPs on the London Stock Exchange as part of its Boost product range, providing investors with access to volatility and emerging market strategies.

The ETPs are part of Boost's short and leveraged offering and have been launched on the back of increased demand for these products; assets in Boost's range have grown to $583m as of 31 May since launch in December 2012. The volatility product, Boost S&P 500 VIX Short-Term Futures 2.25 x Leverage Daily ETP, will provide investors with access to the VIX index, a measure of stockmarket volatility, as a means of hedging against potential large and sudden drops in US equities.
