Sanlam business development head joins Momentum GIM

Sanlam's head of business development Andy Davies has joined Momentum Global Investment Management as head of UK retail sales.

Davies will lead the retail team at Momentum and focus on developing relationships with UK IFAs, networks and fund platforms with the aim of driving growth in sales and market share. He will have responsibility for retail sales, marketing and client services with a focus on the execution of the firm's UK consumer fund distribution strategy, focusing on the Factor Series fund range. Davies had been head of business development at Sanlam UK since October 2013. Prior to that he was sales director at Skandia for almost two decades.
