Schroders bolsters fixed income team with five hires

Schroders has hired five new members to its fixed income global multi-sector team headed by Bob Jolly.

Two new hires will join the team in London, while Schroders has also poached a trio of founding partners from Third Wave Asset Management in the US. Paul Grainger joins the London team from Wellington Management in the role of senior portfolio manager. In his previous role he was associate partner and fixed income portfolio manager. The London team will also see the addition of Mads Nielsen as quantitative strategist. He joins from GLG partners, where he worked on a number of macro and total return strategies.
