Geikie-Cobb joins Charles Stanley to head up Matterley business

Former F&C fixed income manager Peter Geikie-Cobb has joined Charles Stanley as managing director of its Matterley fund business.

Geikie-Cobb has been tasked with "reinvigorating" the division following the changes which took place in 2014, which included the sale of the Undervalued Assets fund to Miton. His new role will also see him run the FP Matterley Bond Opportunities fund, set to launch in the second quarter of this year. The fund will accompany the four existing Matterley portfolios: the Regular High Income bond fund and the Equity, International Growth and UK & International Growth funds.
