Threadneedle launches global corporate bond fund for Ross

Threadneedle has expanded its fixed income fund range with the launch of an offshore global fund for Alasdair Ross.

The Luxembourg-domiciled Threadneedle (Lux) Global Corporate Bond fund invests in a portfolio of investment grade bonds, money market instruments and cash, either directly or indirectly through derivatives, across global markets. The portfolio may hold up to one third of its assets in debt securities other than investment grade corporates including government and high yield bonds. It is benchmarked against the Barclays Capital Global Aggregate Corporates index, hedged to US dollars, and aims to deliver 150 to 175 bps over the index over rolling three-year periods.
