SLI makes a hole in one with Ryder Cup deal

Standard Life Investments(SLI) has agreed a deal to become the first ever Worldwide Partner of the prestigious golf Ryder Cup.

The group will sponsor both the 2014 and 2016 Ryder Cups, with the first tournament held in Gleneagles next year. SLI said the deal was groundbreaking as a company has never before partnered with The Ryder Cup on both sides of the Atlantic.
