FSA answers IFAs' top RDR questions

The Financial Services Authority (FSA) has answered 22 of advisers' key questions about the ongoing implementation and supervision of the Retail Distribution Review (RDR).

Q1. How are you going to supervise the Retail Distribution Review (RDR)? If your firm has already had a regulatory review, then we will not visit you again specifically to look at compliance with the RDR.
